Checked in for two nights in a handicapped accessible room, with exceptional service from the front desk staff who ensured the room was suitable. The facility has a very upscale feel and is well maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. Conveniently located, it was easy for my family to gather for our holiday celebrations. Enjoyed light breakfast options like toasts, which were a nice touch.

The staff was exceptionally kind and made sure our

family needs were met promptly. The room was meticulously clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the variety of pastries. However, I did notice that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud during the night, which affected our sleep quality.

Oh my gosh, this place was like, totally awesome! Super spacious room for my family and the front desk lady was just, like, so sweet and helpful! They checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was cute but small, tho. Also, like, what's up with the sneaky safe charge? Ugh!

Family friendly getaway

The staff was wonderful, they really went the extra mile to make sure the room was perfect for us. After we checked in, they called to see if everything was alright, felt like they actually cared.

It wasn’t cheap but still an acceptable price for the quality we got.

I had a terrible experience with the pool being closed during my entire two-day stay. No one informed me beforehand, and it was especially frustrating because I brought my kids specifically for that amenity.

The elevator access can be a nightmare, especially for older guests, considering it forced us to climb four flights!!! Plus, the pool being closed during our visit was incredibly disappointing!!! Should have been communicated at check-in!!!
